Two ranges of marine-approved fire detectors are available from Apollo. They are based on the hugely successful Series 60 and XP95 ranges.

The Series 60 Marine range of conventional fire detectors offers:

The XP95 Marine range of intelligent fire detectors offers all the benefits of Series 60, plus:
• continuous reporting of smoke/heat level
• pre-alarm facility
• Alarm Flag and Address for fast alarm reporting
• Ease of addressing

The marine detectors are approved by the following bodies:

• Lloyd's Register of Shipping
• Maritime and Coastguard Agency
• American Bureau of Shipping
• Bureau Veritas
• Det Norske Veritas
• Germanischer Lloyd

Apollo's ranges of Intrinsically Safe detectors - for use in hazardous areas - are also approved for marine use by these agencies.
